Median Home Price: $317,500
Prices are holding steady with a 5% increase from this time last year. -
Average Days on Market: 98 days
Homes are spending a bit more time on the market compared to 78 days last May — giving buyers a little breathing room. -
Inventory: 2,465 homes for sale in April
That’s a 10.4% jump in inventory from the previous month, which is great news for buyers! -
Sales Activity: 377 homes sold in April
That’s a 34.6% increase from March — so things are moving, just at a steadier pace.
